Your role:
The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests at theairport, coordinating transfers, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities:
Meet and welcome guests at the airport and assist during arrivals and departures
Coordinate airport transfers and ensure smooth guest transportation
Provide guests with essential travel information and conduct welcome / information meetings
Act as the main point of contact and handle guest issues (delays, lost luggage, special requests)
Liaise with airlines, transport providers and hotels to ensure smooth operations
