About the Role

The Challenges
Lead a team of Air Export Ops (Local SIN team + Offshore BPO team in MNL) who execute and handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB (House Air Waybill), MAWB (Master Air Waybill), invoices, packing lists, permits and pre-alerts to destination office / origin shipper

Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time

Lead a team of hybrid Export Ops + Customer Service for out of office hour and weekend activities (Critical Response Team CRT)

Manage resources and manpower deployment especially during weekend and PH

Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier / network invoices & disputes

Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
