Job Overview:
To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems by agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and Maintenance
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and service level agreements
- Respond to Building Management System alarms and effect emergency repairs as required
- To undertake procedures, regular checks and routine inspections in conjunction with the engineering team
- Assist and enhance service delivery through best practices and effective use of site systems and equipment
- Carry out risk assessments for engineering, maintenance, and repair activities
- Perform tasks as deemed necessary by the Shift Engineer
