Air Freight Operations Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K8, K9, ZB1, ZB2, ZB4 declarations.
• Handle EDI & DG online system.
• Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs Department and other government agencies (e.g., MAQIS).
• Apply for import permits such as CIDB & FOSIM.
• Operate in air import and export operations within the airfreight industry.
• Apply customs coding expertise to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge of airfreight and air cargo to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customs coding and airfreight operations.
• Located in KLIA Cargo Village, preferably lives nearby.
• Proficient in email, MS Office, Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
