Job Title - AI/ML Test Automation Engineer
Job Location - Markham Canada
Key Outcomes:
- Work arrangement: On‑site 3 days/week (no 100% remote for at least 1 year).
- Travel: Not required.
Role Overview:
- Validation: Limited smoke testing (10%); full validation handled by dedicated engineers.
- Tools: Commercial AI modules (e.g., ChatGPT) + internal automation frameworks.
- Expected to extend workflows and develop autonomous AI agents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years AI/ML automation experience (up to 8 years preferred).
- Strong ML/AI software skills.
- Semiconductor/system design background beneficial.
- Collaboration and requirement translation skills.
- Senior candidates (15+ years overall) acceptable if 3+ years in AI/ML.
