About the Role
Requirements
10 years of software development experience with 3+ years in Generative AI or AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Gen AI/LLM-based systems in production.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and context engineering.
Proficiency in Python or Java Script with solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and scalable microservices.
Experience with cloud-native systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Active user of AI-assisted development tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
Ability to balance rapid prototyping with long-term maintainability and scalability.
Nice to Have
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Bento ML, Sage Maker, Vertex AI).
Exposure to data pipelines or front-end/mobile development.
