AI/ML Architect Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Cluster Head - AI/ML who will serve as the strategic and technical leader for our AI/ML vertical. This role requires a hands-on expert with deep technical expertise in machine learning systems, data platforms, and MLOps, while also leading multiple teams and driving execution at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong mathematical and analytical foundations, architectural excellence, and proven leadership capabilities to build, mentor, and scale high-performing AI/ML teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage AI/ML clusters including ML Architecture, ML Data Engineering, and MLOps teams.
Define the overall technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven systems across the organization.
Drive alignment across engineering, product, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure measurable impact.
