Training Program Design & Delivery

• Support the design, refinement, and rollout of AI-focused training and adoption programs across the organisation.
• Enable training content through enterprise learning systems and other delivery channels.
• Develop and facilitate training modules, workshops, and demonstrations covering:
• AI fluency and foundational concepts
• AI productivity tools (e.g., MS Copilot, GitHub Copilot, industry specific AI platforms)
• Practical AI techniques such as prompting and model selection
• Ethical, responsible, and secure use of AI
• Coordinate internal showcases, seminars, and awareness campaigns to build confidence and enthusiasm around AI adoption.

Knowledge Management
