This is a hands-on lead engineering role, with a clear path to CTO as the company scales - an Engineer who wants to lead. What will I be doing? Building on Firebase, using Claude API and leading LLMs, the AI Software Engineer will build the end-to-end architecture, security, performance and integration. Working closely with the Head of Product, the AI Software Engineer will take well-defined specs and prototypes (Replit) and turn them into production-quality code. As the company grows, the AI Software Engineer will start building the engineering function - hiring, structuring, mentoring.
