We are looking for Spanish -speaking AI Quality Analysts to evaluate AI personalization quality.
Role Responsibilities:
Design multi-turn prompts using personal context
Evaluate AI responses for grounding, integration & helpfulness
Perform Side-by-Side (Sx S) comparisons
Write clear evaluation rationales Requirements:
1+ year experience in Data Annotation / AI Quality / Content Moderation
Strong analytical & writing skills
Full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week)
4-hour overlap with PST
Willing to use primary personal Google
