We are now looking for an AI / Prompt Engineer Intern to architect and build high-performance AI agents, including evolving Ziva (our AI interviewer) and designing new autonomous agent workflows for our upcoming product.
This is not just a “prompt tweaking” role. You will design agent intelligence.
What You’ll Build
Architect and build structured prompt systems powering Ziva’s reasoning and adaptive interviewing
Design multi-step AI agents for our next-generation product
Develop dynamic probing logic, contextual memory flows, and structured evaluation outputs
Build guardrails, decision trees, and reasoning frameworks within LLM environments
Design structured output schemas (JSON/function-calling based...
