Executive Governance & Operating Rhythm



+ OwnSteerCopreparation (agenda, decision framing, executive pre-reads)



+ Establish structured reporting cadence (weekly + executive monthly)



+ Manage RAID and decision logs (critical for AI + regulatory traceability)



+ Drive executive-ready dashboards (milestones, risk posture, control readiness)



+ Proactively escalate and resolve cross-functional blockers...
