We are building a new AI Platform team to power the next generation of intelligent features in our cloud-based retail system for hearing care. This team owns the core AI services behind Auditdata product portfolio.
AI platform includes:
ML which is used for speech to text service and transcription
LLM-based data transformation
Agentic AI workflows
Retrieval Augmented Generation layer
Internal agent / orchestration framework for tool-calling and multi-step workflows
