AI Memory System Software Engineer

About the Role
Job Description1. Responsible for the memory IP development, familiar with SW/firmware, debugging, and testing in AI product.
2. IP SDK and diagnosis development.
3. Collaborate with IP designers for functional bring-up, validation, and performance optimization.
4. Support customer design-in and mass production.
#LI-LYNNRequirement1. MS degree in EE/CE/CSIE/ME/IS/ECE/Auto Control.
2. At least 3 years of experience in LPDDR4/DDR4 or above, or HBM.
3. Familiar with High-level proficiency in Python and C. C++.
4. Ability to analyze and measure PHY signals.
5. Better with AXI/AHB/APB protocols.
6. Self-motivated, good communication, and good teamwork.
7. Fluency in English.
