Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across IT and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in CPG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and BFSI, and strong leadership in building scalable, secure AI ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems for enterprise functions IT Ops, Business Ops, Customer Experience, and Automation.
- Define the AI strategy, reference architectures, best practices, governance, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build and deploy scalable LLM pipelines, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and AI orchestration layers.
