AI Engineering Manager

Our client is seeking an Engineering Lead - AI Platform to lead a team of engineers building platforms that enables product teams to embed Generative AI into their solutions safely and effectively.

This role requires a strong software engineering background, combined with proven leadership skills to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and ethical AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and operation of cloud-native platform services, including AI-enabled components.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, and Compliance to deliver scalable, AI-capable software solutions.
• Build reusable and composable software components that integrate AI capabilities for cross-team use.
• Drive engineering best practices and operational excellence in production systems.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers, elevating team capability and performance.
