About the Role
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 4-5 years of experience building production-grade AI/ML or software systems
- Strong programming experience with Python, Node.js and Bun
- Experience with at least one additional backend language or runtime (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java)
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, NLP, or modern transformer architectures
- Experience building or integrating chat interfaces or conversational AI systems
- Dubai-based candidates preferred
- 5+ years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design
- Experience architecting AI/ML flows, multi‑agent systems, or agentic reasoning pipelines
- Experience with RAG, CAG, or hybrid retrieval‑based reasoning
- Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, ...
