AI Development Builder (Claude Code Specialist & Technical Executor)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally skilled at using AI coding tools—specifically Claude Code—as their primary development instrument. This is not a traditional software developer role where you’re expected to hand‑write thousands of lines of code from memory. This is a new kind of role: an AI‑assisted builder who knows how to direct, manage, and quality‑check AI‑generated code to produce production‑ready applications.

You don’t need to be a 10‑year senior engineer who can write a compiler from scratch. You need to be someone who deeply understands how software works, can read and evaluate code, knows when Claude Code is producing good work versus going off the rails, and can course‑correct faster than most people can type.

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day Core Responsibilities
