AI Consulting Manager

Superside is hiring an AI Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of our most complex and strategic AI programs. You’ll own large-scale operational initiatives and enterprise transformation projects, helping marketing and creative organizations modernize how work gets done with AI.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, operations, and creative technology. You’ll partner with enterprise clients, internal teams, and a global network of specialists to deliver AI-powered workflows that scale reliably while still supporting high-touch strategic outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of flagship AI initiatives, including high-volume creative workflows with distributed teams of 200+ specialists.
• Help enterprise clients assess and redesign their creative supply chains using AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop systems.
