AI Compiler Engineer (Remote EU)

Our client is building a next-generation AI software stack that transforms machine learning models into highly optimized machine code for custom AI hardware. They are looking for an AI Compiler Software Engineer to play a key role in developing and evolving a neural network compiler and SDK.

• Design, develop, and optimize a neural network compiler for AI acceleration
• Build hardware-aware optimizations for deep learning workloads
• Work closely with AI researchers and data scientists to translate models into efficient, production-ready code
• Prototype and evaluate new compiler algorithms and optimization techniques
• Contribute hands‑on C++ and Python code in a high-performance systems environment
