Ai backend engineer

Python-focused AI Backend Engineer with strong experience building production-grade Fast API services and AI agent workflows
Must Have:
Backend Engineering
- 2–3+ years of Python experience building production-grade services
- Strong hands-on experience with Fast API, including:
- Async execution patterns
- API design & error handling
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD, especially within Azure Dev Ops
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Hands-on experience building end-to-end RAG systems
- Experience with:
- Document ingestion & parsing
- Chunking strategies
- Embedding generation & indexing
AI Agents & Frameworks
- Expertise in at least one AI framework such as:
- Lang Chain
- Microsoft Agent Framework
- Semantic Kernel
- Google ADK
Data & Storage
- Strong SQL skills, preferably Microsoft SQL Server Query writing, validation, optimization
