AI & Automation Developer

The AI Automation/Agent Builder is a hands‑on role within Ansira’s Center of Excellence, focused on building, testing, and deploying automations, AI agents, and intelligent workflows that drive operational efficiency and process improvement.

Working in close partnership with Operations Enablement, Delivery team stakeholders, IT and AI leadership, this role turns strategy into working systems — connecting tools, automating manual processes, and enabling scalable, reusable automation patterns across teams and regions.

This team represents the execution arm of Ansira’s AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), focused on delivering measurable business impact through practical automation and continuous improvement.
