- Mandatory skills : Java, Microservices, Quarkus, Architect, GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI for SDLC
- Technical design for EPICs which are implementable by the POD
- Owner of code quality gates for services that POD is responsible
- Own code review to ensure no client escalations
- Drive automated reviews
- Track help the EPIC delivery completion as per PISprint commitments by guiding engineers from technical aspects
- Good in base skills for VN + strong in AI Coding assistants where he/she implemented it for SDLC automation
