We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient AI Agent Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this backend-focused role, you will design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that powers our intelligent conversational systems. You will be at the forefront of Generative AI , developing multi-agent workflows and memory-rich agents that serve real-world healthcare use cases.
You will dedicate around 80% of your time to engineering high-performance agent systems and 20% to collaborating with AI research, product, and engineering teams to enhance performance, reliability, and deployment speed.
