We’re building the next generation of AI-driven automation for enterprise CX and BPO transformation — and we’re looking for someone who can architect, not just prototype.

This is not a chatbot role.

We’re looking for an engineer who can:

- Build production-grade AI agents

- Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure OpenAI

- Design RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems

- Integrate AI into Dynamics 365, Teams, CRM, and enterprise workflows

- Deploy secure, scalable AI systems in real environments
