AI Agent Engineer

Description

Design and build production AI agents across Manifest's brands. Own architecture decisions: model selection, memory, evaluation, guardrails, orchestration. Build abstractions that turn one good agent into a platform. Collaborate with product and engineering teams across Cialfo, BridgeU, Kaaiser, Explore to ship agents into the surfaces where users already are. Translate fuzzy user problems into agent specifications that can actually be built. Close the loop between user feedback and model behavior faster than anyone in this industry currently does.

Responsibilities

• Ship production software; built agentic software used by users.
• Work with production-grade Python and real-world deployment experience.
• Familiar with vector stores, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, observability tooling.
• Systems thinker; map workflows across tools and state.
• Self-directed; ship, learn, adapt; no fixed playbook.
