A well established and reputable Company are looking for an experienced and dynamic Agronomist, Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong relationships with growers in the Limpopo province.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate in Agriculture
• 10-15 years of experience in working with growers.
• Must be willing to travel

Duties include but are not limited to

• Sourcing Orange Valencia:
• Identify and engage with local farmers to source high-quality Orange Valencia.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of produce to meet company standards.
• Packhouse Coordination:
• Identify suitable pack houses for packing and storing the sourced fruits.
• Engage with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines.
