Improve delivery consistency and workflow maturity across multiple agile teams through hands-on coaching
Review and optimize Jira boards, workflows, issue types, and Confluence structures to ensure clear visibility of the delivery pipeline
Facilitate and elevate core agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), focusing on actionable outcomes rather than ritual compliance
Establish and maintain team health and performance metrics, combining delivery data (velocity, throughput, cycle time) with qualitative indicators (team sentiment, burnout, collaboration)
Create a department-level view of delivery progress, enabling management to better understand roadmap risks and delivery challenges
