About the Role
Responsibilities
- Monitors the production process and optimize day-to-day activities - Roaming/Roving
- Supervises the Crusher Plant Operators - Consistent checking and assistance to Plant Operators; Provides assistance on materials/tools needed by the Plant Operators
- Ensures operation of equipment by coordinating with the Maintenance Team its condition
- Monitors production output according to specifications, quality and quarry report - Conducts bottlenecking and debottlenecking
- Prepares production reports, schedules and other related documents/data
- Conducts Toolbox Talks
- Prepares and Issues relevant work permits
- Ensures that the highest level of safety and environmental compliance is observe and maintain in the production area
Qualification
- Graduate of any Engineering Course
- With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing
