About The Role

In this role you will work with SoftServe’s Autonomous Agentic Platform, Neo, which represents the next evolution in software engineering: an ecosystem where agents orchestrate agents, workflows adapt dynamically, and guardrails enable reliable autonomy at scale. You will translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures, engineering standards, execution models, technical contracts, and delivery‑ready implementation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of a production‑grade Autonomous Agentic Platform
• Define reusable agentic engineering patterns, contracts, interfaces, workflows, and delivery slices for Agentic SDLC execution
• Lead implementation strategy across agent workflows, MCP tools, context pipelines, orchestration patterns, and platform services
