Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team to achieve team targets
• Mentor, coach and motivate team members to enhance performance and professionalism
• Support long‑term team growth, succession planning, and career development
• Achieve and maintain a minimum personal sales target as part of leadership responsibility

Requirements

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Experience in recruitment, team building, or sales leadership (Financial line experience is an added advantage but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and professional in conduct
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for developing and growing teams
