This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing our modern fleet of farm equipment, supporting day-to-day operations, and assisting with general farm yard and building maintenance. This role combines hands‑on mechanical work with seasonal farm operational support. Every day brings something different, perfect for a jack‑of‑all‑trades who enjoys hands‑on variety and problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Provide field service during seeding, spraying, and harvest.
• Operate farm machinery when needed.
