- Mechanical and electrical knowledge/inclined
Job Duties
- Over-looking and managing 15-20 machine operators
- Completing daily scheduling for production
- Ensuring that inventory is up to date and materials are available
- Communicating with other departments
- Quality inspecting all finished products
- Assisting with tasks on the floor
- Monitoring productivity and providing performance feedback
