Aftermarket Application Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Aftermarket Application Engineer to support our client. This role involves preparing quotations, designing spare mixers, and providing technical assistance to the sales team and customers.

The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise with commercial sales skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit technical quotations based on customer specifications.
• Design spare mixers, perform calculations, and source parts.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and ensure all data is accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support process improvements and standardize offerings to reduce costs and lead times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of engineering experience.
