Affiliate Network Management Manager (Creator Growth Business)

We are looking for an Affiliate Network Manager to lead the growth, monetization, and scalability of our affiliate and creator ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Affiliate Solutions Lead, this role will be the owner of network GMV and GP, driving performance across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and future service verticals.

You will build a ready-to-activate affiliate army, design creator recruitment and incubation journeys, and help transition our operations toward a self-serve, platform-driven affiliate model that scales efficiently while maintaining a strong Cost-to-Income Ratio (CIR).
