Trackwin Media is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to onboard, manage, and scale affiliate marketing campaigns across Domestic and International markets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of web and mobile platforms, affiliate marketing concepts, campaign analytics, and performance models like CPL, CPA and CPS.

This role requires expertise in campaign optimization, affiliate and publisher management, lead quality improvement, client relationship handling, and performance tracking.
