As a Painter under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your expertise in industrial or aerospace painting. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and strong visual skills are essential for this position. Your work will focus on ensuring high-quality finishes that meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare work areas, materials, and equipment
• Clean, sand, and polish surfaces prior to painting
• Mask and apply paint coatings according to specifications
• Perform touch-ups and ensure product quality
• Record completed work and maintain painting equipment
