SUMMARY:
Aeroseal Europe is looking for a commercially driven Channel Success Manager to rapidly scale the performance, revenue, and execution capability of our AeroBarrier partner network across Europe.
This is a hands-on role focused on turning signed partners into consistently high-performing operators. You will be accountable for partner growth outcomes: revenue expansion, project volume, market penetration, and execution discipline. Success in this role means fewer “logo partners” and more partners delivering real, repeatable commercial results.
You will own the end-to-end commercial relationship with AeroBarrier partners - from onboarding and market entry through to business planning, sales execution, and performance management. Working from jointly...
