Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge Management

1) Knowledge Capture & Structuring:

- Identify and categorize different types of procurement knowledge (structured, unstructured, tacit/tribal knowledge).

- Design and implement frameworks to document, store, and retrieve critical procurement knowledge supplier best practices, negotiation strategies, market intelligence).

- Convert unstructured data (emails, reports, expert insights) into structured, searchable formats (wikis, FAQs, decision trees).

2) Knowledge Sharing & Enablement:

- Develop and maintain a centralized procurement knowledge hub SharePoint, Confluence, or custom platforms).

- Work with procurement teams to embed knowledge-sharing practices into daily workflows.

- Train stakeholders on knowledge management tools and best practices.
