Advisor, Shared Services FA

Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assigning Capital and Expense Project number, creating Fixed Asset number, performing fixed asset disposal, transfer transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals and sub report.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor new Capex Projects, maintain fixed asset management, prepare sub report for month end closing, monitor open projects that are overdue.
• Research items and make adjusting journal entries as necessary; download SAP reports to complete audit workpapers.
• Prepare reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline system.
• Provide support to internal and external audit and serve as SAP super user.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement process and dedication to stakeholder satisfaction.
