About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As an Advisor, Learning & Capability, you will ensure the processes, systems, and organisational knowledge that underpin effective learning are connected and working. You’ll coordinate intake and prioritisation of learning requests, manage learning activity and content, and track participation and outcomes. Working closely with the Strategic Learning Partner and Senior Advisor, you’ll help deliver agreed priorities and support ACC people to navigate the learning ecosystem, enabling improved capability outcomes for our organisation and better experiences for Kiwis.
