The Role: Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services

Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services works with the regional Customer Service teams and the Directors of Customer Service Operations to help keep the business running smoothly by performing administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.

In this role you will:

• Demonstrate willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with their customer account relationships by preparing and sending conformance/analysis certificates to customers.
• Issue daily consignment stock billing.
• Utilize SAP & Power BI to export data as needed to build custom reports & update customer portals.
• Prepare customer mandated spreadsheets and delivery reports.
