Adviser Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Adviser Associate / Paraplanner to join our team and support our work across the Insurance and KiwiSaver industries. In this role, you'll be a key part of our advisers' success—helping them stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering exceptional client service. From managing administration and scheduling to supporting planning and ongoing maintenance, your contribution will make a real and lasting impact on both our advisers and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report writing and statements of advice
• Send arrears notice and upload onto CRM (TAP)
• Loading the applications into the CRM
• Sending our disclosure statements to the clients
• Communication back from insurance to be loaded back into the crm and copied to Adviser
• Record client communications into CRM
• Send birthday greetings
• Update client contact/address details
