About the Role
The Role:
Work with CEO to push advertising & creative strategy forward for YouTube content and FB/IG ads.
You'll review videos from our editing team, mark them up for changes (based on superior taste but maximally simple), manage & track a creative team, and ensure every piece of content is visually excellent and performance-driven.
You Must Have:
* Exceptional visual taste and intuition for what makes compelling video content
* understanding of hooks, storytelling, and CTAs that convert
* understanding WHAT to REMOVE in a video to make it better.
* Experience managing creative teams and giving actionable feedbac
Salary:
$800 to $1200 per month based on experience + Profit sharing.
