About the Role

What YouWill Do
CSR understanding related with supplier and monitor CSR execute at supplier site for new projects.
Early involvement for component PDP process to ensure the project safe launch.
Responsible for new component FAIR submission and PPAP approval.
Work with CFT to deal with ECN related to supplier.
Follow up quality issue solving which occur at incoming inspection and internal production line and customer, release supplier QN and follow up 8D timing and effectiveness verification.
Monitor supplier quality performance and assist supplier to do system continuous improvement. 
Supplier process audit and special process audit for new projects, assist supplier to improve quality system and process control.
Follow company IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001 procedure and support internal quality system and process audit.
Involve in new supplier or new process development.
Prepare IQIP for new proje...
