**Career:**
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
**General Objective:**
Ensure successful process and product validation of Milwaukee Tools through advanced quality engineering skills.
**Knowledge and experience:**
+ More than 3 years of experience in New Product Development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
+ Technical conversation English level.
+ Expertise in RCA methods as 8D and A3.
+ Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwar (Minitab and Power Bi).
+ Advanced knowledge and experience in Core Tools usage (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP).
+ Experience with test plans development.
