About the Role

The Position
:Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services in assisted living facilities throughout the Albany region.
Part-Time Option
2 – 3 Full Days per Week
Travel Between Hoosick Falls, NY and Cambridge, NY
OR
Full-Time Option
4 – 5 Full Days per Week
Travel Between Hoosick Falls, NY, Cambridge, NY, and Troy, NY
