About the Role
We are seeking to recruit a positive, caring and selfmotivated individual to join the team at our urgent care centre. The urgent care centre is a collaborativeservice supported by the 3 local practices within our PCN providing on the daycare for our combined population of 43,000 patients.
Patients will present with a range of acute minor illnessconditions and you will be required to have a strong foundation of knowledgeand expertise to provide a high quality patient assessment and plan of care.
Our Urgent Care Centre is based at Hythe Hospital. The rolecomes with supervision from a GP and you will be working in an experienced teamof ANPs/ACPs, paramedics and GP registrars.
