 Position overview:

The AME IDEA Manager – Execution supports the delivery of regional automation projects across EU & Africa JIT, Trim, and Structures plants, ensuring execution aligns with Lear’s AME Roadmap. Reporting to the Senior AME Manager, the role provides SME expertise, leads project execution planning, manages risks, budgets, suppliers, and timelines, and ensures automation solutions are implemented to Lear standards with minimal operational disruption. Main Missions:
Lead cross functional team consisting of plant, central functions, supplier representatives and program manage IDEA projects in assigned plants

Ensure all actions linked with successful implementation of IDEA projects are on track and any delays are understood and communicated to AME, Plant IE manager and plant manager
