About the Role

Summary
 /Objective:The Advanced Controls Engineer will develop and implement control systems solutions for advanced manufacturing equipment for continuous cable manufacturing processes.Advanced Controls projects include development of new systems and update or optimization of existing.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:Develop reliable and robust Supervisory Control System designs and platforms for advanced process control functions.
Work with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to develop system functional requirements.
Advanced Control Systems software design and development to include:HMI/SCADAs (Ignition Platform) and Operator/Engineering interfaces.Startup, debug controls, conditioning, and qualification of newly built or upgraded SCADA systems and accompanying Engineering tools.Project management for new equipment development and upgrades to existing systems.Troubleshooting of SCADA System in context of control of the automated machinery.Tun...
